LMI is now carrying Zpoxy Finishing resign and they give credit to our own Tim McKnight for suggesting they carry it and Robbie O’Brien for showing his technique on his finishing video. And the price is right too. The same as I give for it at my local Radio Control Hobby Shop.

Is LMI a sponsor? I see a lot of people mentioning LMI as a source for materials but do not see them in the Sponsors list!

Remember it is OK for us OLF members to mention sources of materials even if the source is not a sponsor. To restrict ourselves to mentioning only sponsors would limit discussion of vital and usefull information too severly and the value of the forum would be diminished. Finding a good source for materials and tools is one of the reasons I joined.

What is ethically questionable is for non-sponsors to post ads, announce specials or do other things to drum up business. For a member to say that Z-Poxy is available from LMI is one thing for a representive to LMI to post that information is another.

MP, that's the way I read it. More like,"I went to the sponsor list to go to their site but didn't see them on there".

Not ususlly the best bargain in town but they have most everything and they are very nice people to work with.

Perhaps I was reading too much into the question. That's likely. I often read in between the lines when there actually isn't anything there. This issue came up in another post recently and, as I recall, there was much gnashing of teeth and flailing of hands.

I was just wondering if they were a sponsor cause when I buy stuff I always try the sponsors first!
